Dresselhaus Site in Maisach secured:
Keller & Kalmbach launches a new future with MSH

Acquisition of Key Operations Ensures Business Continuity and Safeguards Jobs

Unterschleissheim, 1. August 2026: The Keller & Kalmbach Group has secured the future of the former Dresselhaus site in Maisach. Effective August 1, 2026, the newly established Münchner Schraubenhandel MSH GmbH & Co. KG (MSH) has acquired key business activities of the former Dresselhaus operation in Maisach. The transaction preserves valuable expertise, retains experienced employees, and maintains long-standing customer relationships. At the same time, integration into the Keller & Kalmbach Group provides a strong foundation for the site's long-term development and continued operational excellence.
Following the economic challenges of recent months, the insolvency administrator selected Keller & Kalmbach as a financially strong and long-term partner to continue the site's core business activities. The transaction was completed as an asset deal through the newly established Münchner Schraubenhandel MSH GmbH & Co. KG.

Ensuring Continuity for Customers and Employees
A key element of the transaction is the transfer of the majority of the former workforce. For customers, this means continuity and an even stronger supply capability. Many familiar contacts will remain in place, continuing to provide their extensive expertise and industry experience.
Customers will also benefit from the comprehensive resources and infrastructure of the Keller & Kalmbach Group. Additional capabilities in procurement, sales, supply chain management, logistics, and IT will further optimize processes and strengthen the site's performance.

Experienced Team to Drive the Next Chapter
The newly established Münchner Schraubenhandel MSH GmbH & Co. KG will be led by Managing Directors Axel Türke and Yalcin Karaca. Together with their teams, they will shape the company's new beginning while ensuring continuity for customers, suppliers, and employees alike.
Overall responsibility for the integration into the Keller & Kalmbach Group lies with Gerhard Hemmer, Managing Director of both the Keller & Kalmbach Group and MSH. Supported by experienced specialists, senior managers, a cross-functional integration team, and the extensive resources of the Keller & Kalmbach Group, the team is committed to further developing the Maisach site into a strong and reliable partner for industry and trade.

A Strong Foundation for the Future
The objectives are clear: to ensure uninterrupted customer supply, further enhance the site's operational performance, and provide customers with a reliable long-term partner.
"The combination of familiar contacts and the additional expertise and resources of the Keller & Kalmbach Group creates the ideal foundation for a successful new beginning. Our goal is to establish MSH as a high-performing and trusted partner for industry and trade," said Dr. Florian Seidl, Owner and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Keller & Kalmbach Group.
With the integration of more than 60 former Dresselhaus employees and the support of the Keller & Kalmbach Group, MSH is built on a strong platform for future growth.
