Benefits

Financial incentives
You will receive a apprenticeship allowance above the standard pay scale, including holiday and Christmas bonuses. We also pay your travelling expenses and subsidise your meals in the canteen. There is also a grade bonus for very good IHK qualifications.
Varied training
You will work in different areas and have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with all activities. You can get involved in various projects, such as the summer party or social media projects.
Personalised support and further training
In addition to vocational school, you have the opportunity to take advantage of attractive training programmes such as product and personality training courses through our academy.
Modern working
30 days holiday, working hours with flexitime and up to 6 flexdays allow you to work flexibly. Modern equipment and well-equipped workstations ensure that nothing stands in the way of successful training.

A few facts from the last financial year...

Our locations in Germany

Keller & Kalmbach is represented at eight locations in Germany. The company headquarters have been located in Unterschleißheim near Munich since 2001. The central warehouse and distribution centre is located in Hilpoltstein, near Nuremberg.
