Properties
The MKT injection system VMZ comprises an anchor rod with tapered expansion elements and a 2-component injection mortar. This combination brings together the advantages of composite dowels and expansion dowels in an approved fastening system for cracked and non-cracked concrete and ensures small axial and edge spacing. Push-through installation is possible starting from M 10. Undiminished load carrying capacity in wet and, from M 12 onward, in water filled boreholes.
Assembly instruction
The boreholes are to be cleaned thoroughly. Installation only permitted with torque wrench.

Remarks
The MKT VMZ-A anchor rods are only approved in conjunction with MKT VMZ injection mortar. The injection mortars are not included in the price of the anchor rods.
Application
In conjunction with the MKT VMZ injection mortar, the MKT VMZ-A anchor rods are used to fasten heavy objects in cracked concrete. Main areas of application include metal structures, facade substructures, noise barriers, bridge railings according to GEL 14, baluster attachment according to GEL 33, and much more.
