Die Reaktionspatrone RSB ist eine Systemkomponente des fischer Superbond-Systems zur Einleitung hoher Lasten in ungerissenem und gerissenem Beton. Die Europäische Technische Bewertung Option 1 für gerissenen Beton, inklusive seismischer Belastungen der Leistungskategorie C1 und die Brandeignung nach Feuerwiderstandsklasse R120 bieten ein Plus an Sicherheit. Mit der Reaktionspatrone werden beispielsweise schwere Stahlkonstruktionen, Schallschutzwände und Hochregale befestigt. Die Anbauteile werden mit der fischer Ankerstange RG M und dem fischer Innengewindeanker RG MI befestigt. Angeboten werden eine Standard-Patrone und eine kurze Patrone. Um höhere Lasten einzuleiten, können zwei kurze Patronen ins Bohrloch gesteckt werden. Die kurze Aushärtezeit erlaubt dennoch einen schnellen Arbeitsfortschritt.

Properties
In conjunction with anchor rods from M 8 to M 30 and internally threaded anchors from M 8 to M 20 (each in different materials) superbond offers versatile fastening possibilities. The fastening system comprises RSB mortar cartridges with RG M anchor rods or Fischer RG MI internally threaded anchors.
Assembly instruction
The boreholes are to be cleaned thoroughly with a blower (K&K item no. 62034).

Remarks
The anchor rods are not included in the price of the Fischer mortar cartridges. A cleaning tool is required for proper and compliant installation.
Application
The Fischer R M reaction anchor cartridges are used in conjunction with Fischer RG M reaction anchor rods for fastening heavy objects in concrete. Main areas of application include heavy metal structures, facade substructures, noise barriers, guardrails, and much more.
