Remarks
The anchor rods are not included in the price of the cartridges. Next, drive in the clamping bushings (come with every pack) for force transmission. All threaded rods have a hexagonal head as an insertion aid up to and including the size M 16. An adapter comes with every pack. The anchor rods M 20 and M 24 are cut off smoothly. The through hole in the component to be connected is mandatory.
Application
The Upat UMV dynamic composite anchor rods are only approved in conjunction with Upat UMV dynamic composite anchors for applications with dynamic alternating loads in cracked concrete, approval no. Z-21.3-1662.
When cracks appear in concrete, the cones spread open the mortar shells and compensate for the borehole expansion. Clamping bushings ensure even load distribution and make it possible to absorb dynamic alternating loads.
