Product details
Der fischer Langschaftdübel SXR ist ein Dübel aus hochwertigem Nylon. Dank der besonderen Dübelgeometrie kann der SXR in Voll-und Lochbaustoffen eingesetzt werden. Aufgrund der geringen Verankerungstiefe von nur 50 mm lässt sich der Langschaftdübel besonders wirtschaftlich verarbeiten. Die geringe Bohrtiefe spart Zeit und reduziert den Bohrerverschleiß. Der SXR wird in den Durchmessern 8 und 10 mm bis zu einer Dübellänge von 260 mm mit Senkkopfschrauben aus galvanisch verzinktem Stahl, feuerverzinktem Stahl und nicht rostendem Stahl angeboten. Die Europäische Technische Bewertung bietet zusätzliche Sicherheit. Der SXR mit der Senkkopfschraube ist besonders für die Befestigung von Holzkonstruktionen zu empfehlen.
Technical approval
European Technical Approval, approval no. ETA-07/0121 for masonry, hollow brick, sand-lime brick, aerated concrete and in concrete for redundant (multi-) fasteners. For galvanically zinc-plated steel and stainless steel A4. Building Standards Approval Z-21.2-1862 for facade fasteners with stainless steel screws and, in special cases (see approval section 1.2), with galvanized screws.
Properties
Material nylon, halogen-free. Very low anchoring depth. Integrated knock-in lock prevents premature expanding. Complete with pre-installed countersunk screws. Screw drive: TX30 for SXR-T 8 and TX40 for SXR-T 10.

Remarks
Dowels are only permitted in conjunction with the enclosed Fischer safety screws.
For anchoring in aerated concrete of quality PP2, PB 2 and P3.3, the holes cannot be drilled, but must be driven with an aerated concrete pestle.
High-strength concrete blocks must be drilled using a rotary drill.
Application
The Fischer SXR long shaft dowels are used to fasten light to medium-weight objects in concrete, masonry and aerated concrete. Main application areas include substructures of wall and facade paneling, wood and metal structures as well as ceiling suspensions, cable lines and much more thanks to the option of redundant fastening.
