Product details
Der fischer ZYKON-Hinterschnittanker FZA-D ist ein Anker aus galvanisch verzinktem, nicht rostendem und hoch korrosionsbeständigem Stahl. Das optimale Zusammenwirken von Gewindebolzen und Hülse ermöglicht eine sehr hohe Quertragfähigkeit. Mit dem Spezialbohrer FZUB wird in einem Arbeitsgang das hinterschnittene Bohrloch erstellt. Der Hinterschnittanker wird in der Durchsteckmontage gesetzt. Mit dem Setzwerkzeug FZE Plus wird die Spreizhülse über den Konus gedrückt und füllt das hinterschnittene Bohrloch formschlüssig aus. Dies sorgt für maximale Sicherheit auch bei großen Rissbreiten. Die Europäische Technische Bewertung und die Brandeignung der Feuerwiderstandsklasse R 120 sorgen für ein zusätzliches Plus an Sicherheit.

Properties
Concrete undercut system. The Fischer Zykon bolt anchors FZA are set in a pre-installation procedure. They have almost no expansion pressure and permit very low anchoring depths and axial and edge spacing. Zykon anchors are offered in 3 designs (bolt anchor/pre-installation anchor - through anchor - internally threaded anchor).

Installation only permitted with torque wrench.

Remarks
