Der ETA, Option 1 zugelassene Schwerlastanker SZ ist ein hochleistungsfähiges Durchsteckankersystem mit Kunststoff-Pressring und
dreifach spreizender Spezialhülse, welche bei kleinen Achs- und
Randabständen sehr hohe zulässige Lasten ermöglicht. Die variable
Verankerungstiefe des Schwerlastankers SZ gestattet durch tieferes
Setzen in vielen Fällen höhere zulässige Querlasten und erweitert auf
diese Weise dessen Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
Der Schwerlastanker SZ ist mit drei Kopfformen lieferbar: SZ-S mit
Schraubenkopf, SZ-B mit Gewindebolzen und Mutter und SZ-SK
mit Senkkopf. Alle Versionen und Größen sind vom Bundesamt für
Bevölkerungsschutz in Bern schockgeprüft, die Ausführungen ab
M8 sind auch für die Verwendung unter seismischen Einwirkungen
C1 und C2 zugelassen.
Die Verwendung eines Saugbohrers ermöglicht die Montage des
Schwerlastankers SZ ohne zusätzliches Ausblasen des Bohrloches

Properties
The MKT SZ heavy-duty anchor can be installed in a push-through procedure and is available with hexagonal bolts (type S), threaded bolts (type B) or countersunk heads (type SK). Nothing to trip over with type SK. Type B can easily be converted into tension or internally threaded anchors by screwing on ring nuts or internally threaded sleeves. The red plastic ring absorbs the tightening slip and serves to firmly press the fixture to the anchoring base. This prevents the dowel from rotating as well.
Assembly instruction
Installation only permitted with torque wrench.
