Der Diamantbohrgerätebefestiger FDBB ist ein mehrfach verwendbares System zur Verankerung von Diamantbohrgeräten. Die Verankerung von Diamantbohrgeräten stellt besondere Anforderungen: schnelle Montage und Demontage, Aufnahme von hohen Querlasten – auch bei einem ruckartigen Stillstand der Bohrkrone. Der FDBB besteht aus einer Spannmutter, dem mehrfach zu verwendenden Spindelbolzen und dem Spreizelement, das nach der Demontage im Bohrloch zurückbleibt. Der große Stahlquerschnitt sorgt für die hohe Querkrafttragfähigkeit des Verankerungssystems. Die lösbare Schraubverbindung zwischen Spreizelement und Spindel ermöglicht eine einfache Demontage des Spindelbolzens.

Properties
Made of galvanized steel. High load carrying capacity thanks to large steel cross-section on the surface of the concrete. Very robust unit, also tolerates the bolt becoming misaligned and the core drill bit suddenly tilting. Durable spindle bolt thanks to protected internal thread and high quality steel.

Set consists of 1 expansion element and 1 spindle bolts.

Remarks
The clamping nut included in the set is not offered by Fischer separately.
It is a normal clamping nut as used in formwork construction and can be found on any construction site.
Application
The Fischer FDBB are used to temporarily fasten diamond core drills and sawing machines in concrete and natural stone with dense microstructures. The expansion element remains in the borehole after the machine is disassembled, the spindle bolts can be reused with a new expansion element.
