Trade administrator
You will receive 3 diplomas in just 34 months: You will learn what it means to be a wholesale and export administrator and receive the Trainer Training Certificate (AdA-Schein). You will complete your training by taking the Trade Administrator exam.
Your training
- You will learn about all key tasks and duties in the areas of purchasing, sales, marketing, product management, C-parts management, retail sales, and quality control. The focus is on purchasing, sales, and marketing
- In the Purchasing department, you will receive quotations, compare these with one another, and then perform purchase negotiations. You will monitor delivery dates and process complaints
- In the Sales department, you will draw up quotations, process customer orders, advise and support customers, as well as holding sales negotiations
- In the Marketing department, you will plan and organize trade fairs, draft press releases, support our customers in the Online Shop, and update our product database
