Trade administrator

You will receive 3 diplomas in just 34 months: You will learn what it means to be a wholesale and export administrator and receive the Trainer Training Certificate (AdA-Schein). You will complete your training by taking the Trade Administrator exam.


Your training

  • You will learn about all key tasks and duties in the areas of purchasing, sales, marketing, product management, C-parts management, retail sales, and quality control. The focus is on purchasing, sales, and marketing  
  • In the Purchasing department, you will receive quotations, compare these with one another, and then perform purchase negotiations. You will monitor delivery dates and process complaints 
  • In the Sales department, you will draw up quotations, process customer orders, advise and support customers, as well as holding sales negotiations
  • In the Marketing department, you will plan and organize trade fairs, draft press releases, support our customers in the Online Shop, and update our product database

  • You have a passion for technical products 
  • You are responsible and enthusiastic
  • You display initiative, as well as a willingness to learn
  • You have a good grasp of things  
  • You enjoy working in a team and are always open to learning new things
  • You have a good command of English and enjoy working with the Microsoft Office suite
