As an Office management administrator, you enjoy organizational tasks and working at a computer.  


Your training

  • You will work in various departments (for example Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, C-Parts Management, Quality Control) and perform commercial, administrative and organizational duties
  • You will process orders, monitor inventories, record receipts, and assume secretarial and assistance duties
  • You will draw up evaluations and presentations
  • You will monitor dates and deadlines
  • You are an expert in both written and verbal communication, drafting letters, e-mails, and meeting minutes, as well as handling both customer and supplier correspondence
  • You will become familiar with operational procedures and structures and be capable of maintaining a clear overview at all times
  • You will organize events and customer meetings, as well as preparing and following up on meetings

  • You display initiative, as well as a willingness to learn
  • You enjoy working in a team and are always open to learning new things
  • You have a good command of English and enjoy working with the Microsoft Office suite
