As an Office management administrator, you enjoy organizational tasks and working at a computer.
Your training
- You will work in various departments (for example Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, C-Parts Management, Quality Control) and perform commercial, administrative and organizational duties
- You will process orders, monitor inventories, record receipts, and assume secretarial and assistance duties
- You will draw up evaluations and presentations
- You will monitor dates and deadlines
- You are an expert in both written and verbal communication, drafting letters, e-mails, and meeting minutes, as well as handling both customer and supplier correspondence
- You will become familiar with operational procedures and structures and be capable of maintaining a clear overview at all times
- You will organize events and customer meetings, as well as preparing and following up on meetings
